1. When and how long are the calls?
Monday, 7pm AEST, 75 mins.
2. Do you guarantee results?
No. The results you get depend on your efforts and we can't control that.
3. Are the calls recorded?
Yes.
4. Is this just for men?
Yes.
5. My son is under 18, can he join?
No, the platform is for men 18 years and over.
6. I'm a gay man, can I join?
Yes. But we do not use pronouns, recognise more than 2 genders and will be using man/ woman language as the norm. If any of that offends you, do not join.
7. I can't attend Monday night calls, should I join?
If you are permanently unavailable on Monday nights, you can still join but consider whether you will receive the full value of community.
8. Do you offer refunds?
For monthly memberships, no.
All new members receive a 2 weeks free trial. If you cancel before the end of the two weeks, you will not be charged. After 2 weeks you agree to be charged and will not be refunded.
For upfront annual memberships, yes with the following conditions.
If you pay in full upfront, attend at least 2 group calls and want to get a refund on your annual membership because you don't feel we provided what we promised, you must book a support call and request a refund, providing reasons. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may then be provided.
9. Can I cancel a monthly membership anytime?
Yes.
10. What is the protocol for group calls?
All men must show up on time, present, clothed, sober and respectfully, with video turned on. No driving, eating meals or multi-tasking. Failure to adhere to this will receive a correction from the facilitator. If it's not redressed, you may be removed from the call.
